Scrap King
The Scrap King rules the crane yard at the end of the Scrapyard Docks, with an Ironclad bodyguard and explosive barrels all around his arena.

Health and damage by squad size
| Squad | Health | Damage per hit |
|---|---|---|
| 1 player | 2,418 | 77 |
| 2 players | 4,232 | 84.7 |
| 3 players | 6,045 | 92.4 |
| 4 players | 7,859 | 100.1 |
The Scrap King is in area 5 of Scrapyard Docks, and every area deeper into a map makes enemies a little tougher. In Boss Rush it comes back with 1.5× and then 2.2× this health.
Attacks
A boss chases the nearest player and hits hard up close. Every few seconds it warns with a flash (longer before the big ones, and pointing where an aimed attack will go), then uses the next of its four attacks. The lower its health, the more often it attacks.
Target circles appear all around the squad and missiles land on them a second later.
Spins its saw arm and drives at its target for a few seconds, shredding anyone close. Keep your distance.
Blasts a wide spread of heavy scrap. Get behind cover or far to the side.
Drops scrap turrets around the arena that keep shooting until you destroy them.
The arena
Crane Yard is the last area of Scrapyard Docks: clear the area before it and the gate opens. The boss is guarded by 2 packs (solo: 6 grunts, 2 spitters 2 ironclads, 4 grunts), and those packs may bring specials (Mender and Warden). Bigger squads face bigger packs and more specials.
On the map, the red dot is the boss and the green dot is where you start.
Weaknesses
Weak to Shock: +25% damage. It resists Fire (40% less) and Frost (40% less). Shock guns like the Arc Pistol, Tesla Rifle and Storm Caster are the best tools for it.

Tips
- Come at level 9 or higher; see the levelling guide.
- Spread out so one charge, beam or volley can’t hit the whole squad.
- Kill whatever a boss calls in (runners, grunts, scrap turrets, shadow clones) quickly; they add up.
- Save your grenades, turret and abilities for the boss area.
- A Vanguard’s Bulwark wall stops boss bolts, and a Ranger’s roll or an Arcanist’s Blink gets you through a charge or a shockwave.
